We LOVE saving money in All kinds of ways from Coupons to Homemade Products! Especially When those Homemade Products work just as good if not better then their BRAND name equivalent! Below is a list of what you will need!

• 1 cup washing soda (I use Arm & Hammer)
• Half a  cup borax (I use 20 Mule Team)
• One bar soap (I like to use SOAP I have collected from Hotels)
• One Cheese grater
• One large post (for melting soap down)
• A Large Wooden Spoon or long Paint MIX Stick to stir the mixture.
• One 5 Gallon bucket with a LID
• Total Prep Time: about 15 – 20 minutes to make 5 gallons

Hear… are the DIY Destructions:

1. Take out 1 large Pot
2.  fill it with about 2 quarts of water and bring to a boil.
3. Grate your 1 bar of soap. try to use the shortest side!
4. Start filling up your 5 gallon bucket with hot tap water to about 3 fourths  full.
5. When the water is boiling start adding the soap to the water slowly until the soap is fully melted.
6. After the soap has melted down, add it to the 5 gallon bucket of water.
7. Then add the washing soda and borax (amounts above).
8. Stir the mixture  until it has all been fully dissolved. ( about 2-3 minutes)
9. Let the Laundry soap set for about 24 hours until using. ( Lid on )
10. Then Click your heals together three times and say ” there is nothing like homemade”

Voia La! That was super easy!!! You can add this Liquid to an old container and use the same measurements.
